Add A New Donation

LifeLine 8 Nonprofit Management System

The Add a New Donation form contains donation items such as date, amount, tax deductible amount, payment method, description, account code, source code, recognition code (to track in memory of gifts for example), and solicitor code (to track soft credits for example). Required items include date, account code, and amount.

The donation can also be marked as Anonymous. If Anonymous is checked the donor’s name will appear as "Anonymous" on any donation reports that are printed.

A Thank you date and a Thank you code may also be recorded for the donation if desired.
